Your $299 lifetime deal
WP ContentLedger is a project operated by Brian Winum. The lifetime deal costs $299 USD, paid once through PayPal. It includes the maintained WP ContentLedger product, updates and the included certificate service for the operating lifetime described below, with no recurring license fee.
The purchase covers unlimited eligible sites and 500 new certificates per site per UTC calendar month. Individual email support is included for 12 months. No additional charge is required to retain the core included entitlement during the operating lifetime of the product and service.

Software license and service access
The WP ContentLedger software is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or, at your option, any later version. You may use, copy, modify and redistribute the software under that license. Read the included software license and warranty notice. These commercial terms do not remove rights granted by the GPL.
Your purchase provides the hosted certificate-service entitlement, access to official product updates and the support described here. Buyer verification, service authorization and restrictions on sharing hosted-service credentials apply to those services; they are not additional restrictions on your GPL software rights. Ending service access does not revoke your GPL rights in software already received.

What “lifetime” means
Lifetime means the operating lifetime of WP ContentLedger and its included certificate service, not the purchaser’s lifetime and not a promise that a hosted service will operate forever. Updates are provided while the product is maintained; hosted publishing and certificate access are provided while the certificate service operates. The installed software remains subject to its GPL license.
Existing LTD buyers keep unlimited eligible sites and the 500-new-certificates-per-site monthly entitlement. We will not require a paid upgrade to continue using the core included service while it operates, reduce those allowances merely because prices or ordinary operating costs change, or repackage existing included functionality as a mandatory paid add-on.
Genuinely additional services and separate future products may be sold separately. A lifetime purchase does not promise every future product, a particular roadmap feature or permanent compatibility with every third-party environment.

Unlimited eligible sites
You may connect sites you own or are authorized to manage, including client websites. There is no per-site license charge. Each site must complete buyer-authorized connection and website-control checks. Use your verified buyer account to authorize sites; client administrators do not need to share the same WordPress email address.
Do not share or resell your buyer account or hosted-service credentials, offer unauthorized access to the hosted service, or connect websites without permission. You may provide your own website-management services to clients. This does not restrict redistribution of GPL software.
Contact us about changes in account ownership, client handovers or domain migrations so site identity, history and usage can be preserved. Reinstalling, reconnecting or moving a site must not create a fresh allowance for the same site or bypass the monthly limit.

Certificate allowance and accounting
- 500 new certificates per site per UTC calendar month. Each site has a separate allowance; capacity is not pooled, transferable between sites or carried forward.
- A new certificate counts once when the repository first successfully accepts evidence for a new work. Its original publication date does not determine which month is charged.
- Backfilling older posts and pages uses the same new-certificate allowance.
- Ordinary revisions to an existing certificate, withdrawals and exact accepted retries do not use another new-certificate slot. Existing certificates do not count again in later months.
- The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month.
- At 500, additional new certificates wait until the site’s next monthly allowance. Eligible revisions, withdrawals and receipt reconciliation can continue.
Ordinary revisions are included, subject to safeguards against excessive automated activity, malicious traffic and other abuse. Unlimited sites does not mean unlimited request throughput or unlimited revisions. Safeguards must address actual operational or security problems rather than quietly replace the advertised monthly entitlement with a smaller ordinary-use limit.

Payment, approval and activation
Payments are manually checked in PayPal. A payment notification, transaction number or email address supplied by a buyer does not itself establish approval. Following approval, we send an automatic buyer verification email. Confirm your buyer email before authorizing individual sites with their emailed connection codes.
Activation is not instant, and no fixed approval turnaround is guaranteed. If your PayPal email differs from your intended buyer account email, provide both when contacting us. Keep your buyer email current and protect site credentials. If access or a verification email is missing, contact us for assistance.

Certificate retention, withdrawal and exports
Accepted certificates and their recorded revision history are retained while the certificate service operates, subject to withdrawal, privacy, legal and abuse requirements. There is no routine one-year or two-year expiry of accepted certificates. The monthly allowance limits new issuance; it does not reset or delete earlier certificates.
Uninstalling the plugin or temporarily disconnecting a site does not automatically delete its certificates. Withdrawal may suppress public certificate details while limited audit evidence is retained where necessary for integrity, security or legal purposes. Withdrawal is not a promise to erase third-party archives or every copy already distributed.
Keep your own portable evidence exports and website backups. The certificate service is not a complete website backup, does not necessarily contain the full article, and is not a guarantee of permanent data availability or loss-free storage. What an export can verify depends on the evidence it contains.
You can request help with withdrawal, export or privacy questions through the contact route below. We do not silently erase previously published evidence merely because a purchase is refunded. A refund ends new hosted publishing, official update-download and individual support entitlement; assistance with permitted withdrawal and export of existing evidence remains available.

30-day full refund
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days after both purchase approval and delivery of access instructions. The window begins when the later of those two events occurs, so a manual approval delay does not consume your evaluation period. You do not need to demonstrate a software defect.
Contact us using your buyer email and provide enough purchase information to identify the PayPal payment. Do not send your password or full payment-card details. We target processing valid requests within five business days. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account depends on PayPal and your payment provider.
We do not deduct the original payment-processing fee from a full refund. A refunded purchase no longer authorizes new hosted publishing, official update downloads or individual technical support. GPL software rights and the evidence-handling policy above remain separate. A complimentary license has no paid amount to refund.
This voluntary policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider dispute rights. Requests outside the voluntary window remain subject to those rights.

Product updates
Your purchase includes all updates released as part of WP ContentLedger while the product is maintained, including bug fixes, security updates and improvements. Official update access does not require an annual license renewal.
We publish supported installation requirements and may update them as WordPress, PHP, browsers and hosting environments evolve. We do not promise compatibility with every release, plugin or host indefinitely. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Optional separate products may have their own terms, but existing included functionality will not be moved behind a mandatory new payment.

Support scope and response targets
12 months of individual email support begins when purchase approval and access delivery are complete, using the later event. It covers installation, configuration, normal product use and troubleshooting in supported environments. Support is coordinated through the buyer account, including for authorized client sites.
Individual support does not include custom development, done-for-you installation, general WordPress maintenance, or troubleshooting unrelated third-party products. Unlimited sites does not create separate unlimited support relationships with every client.
After 12 months, documentation and included product updates remain available. You may continue to report bugs and security issues. Assistance with account access, buyer verification, purchase records, hosted-service incidents and permitted evidence withdrawal/export remains available while the relevant service operates. Additional individual troubleshooting may be offered separately; buying it is not required to keep the core entitlement.
We target an initial response within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays observed by the operator. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time, 24/7 support commitment or service-level agreement.

Service availability and planned closure
Maintenance, outages, security events and third-party failures can interrupt service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Internet Archive captures, PayPal processing and independent timestamp services operate under their own availability and policies; a request is not a guarantee of a completed archive capture or verified timestamp.
For a planned permanent shutdown of the certificate service, we will provide at least 90 days’ notice and an opportunity to export supported evidence, where reasonably possible. Notice will use the buyer email and/or service announcements. Sudden events outside our reasonable control may prevent the full notice period. Hosted publication and public certificate availability may end when the service closes; exported evidence and GPL software rights remain separate.

Security, abuse and suspension
Do not submit unlawful material, forge authorization, interfere with other users, abuse automated requests, evade quotas through duplicate site identities or share unauthorized hosted access. We may temporarily restrict affected activity or suspend an account to address security, fraud, payment reversal, unlawful use or material misuse.
When practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow the issue to be resolved. Urgent protective action may come first. Contact us to request review. Normal permitted use of the advertised offer is not itself abuse. Reinstatement preserves site identity, recorded history and committed monthly usage; it does not reset the quota. Withdrawal and receipt reconciliation remain available where lawful and technically feasible.

What the evidence establishes
A certificate presents publication records and attributed claims, with the scope and status of individual evidence checks. It does not independently prove human authorship, copyright ownership, originality, factual accuracy or first publication of an idea. It does not guarantee search rankings, citations or other visibility outcomes.
You are responsible for having authority to submit and publish the source data and for reviewing what will be publicly visible. Publisher-reported dates, repository acceptance times and independently verified timestamp bounds are different evidence. The privacy policy explains buyer, purchase, connected-site and certificate-data handling.

Changes and mandatory rights
Material changes will be explained with an updated version and reasonable notice where practical. Changes will not retroactively remove existing LTD buyers’ unlimited eligible sites or 500-new-certificates-per-site monthly entitlement, shorten a refund window already granted, or require payment to retain core included functionality while the service operates.
The GPL governs rights in the software. These commercial service terms cannot waive mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. No clause here authorizes ignoring an obligation to provide a remedy required by applicable law.
